If you need to return or exchange Solar Christmas Tree Pathway Lights, contact Juheds within 30 business days after delivery to request assistance.

How to request a return

Email us with your order number, the name of the product and selected option, and the reason for your request. For a damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete order, include photographs where possible so we can review the issue.

Before you send anything back

Wait until our team provides return instructions. Please pack the item and its included components securely; retain the original packaging where practical. Do not send a parcel to the contact address without receiving instructions.

Return shipping

Refunds
