Product questions
Tell us which configuration you are considering and what you would like to know. The multicolor tree design creates a festive accent without running a cable to each tree.
Order and delivery enquiries
Include the order number and the email used at checkout. If you need to correct the shipping address, contact us as soon as possible; changes depend on whether the parcel has already been dispatched.
Returns and damaged items
For a return or exchange request, include the order number, the reason for the request and, where relevant, photographs of the item and packaging. Please wait for return instructions before sending a parcel.
For your security, do not send payment-card numbers, account passwords or other sensitive payment information through the form.
